Cyclope Enterprise Printer Monitor is an application that monitors the activity of all printers connected to a machine. It is targeted to managers and system administrators, to help them better assess and control their printing costs and needs. The application monitors all jobs performed by the monitored printers, all users that use them, the name of the printed document, the number of printed pages, the date and time when the job occurred, and a total cost for each printing. The application has a Web interface that allows the administrators to access the reports from the LAN or to configure it to have the statistics E-mailed.

Other features include reports on printers and users and aggregated period statistics for users and printers.
